Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel had its highs and lows. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had a luxurious feel, making for a very comfortable stay. However, the bathroom was cold throughout the night. The service was friendly and the staff were helpful, although they could have used some training in the restaurant. The location was convenient for exploring the area, especially for visiting places like Llandudno and Conwy, being just across the road from the rail station. The dining experience was a mix; while I enjoyed the local and international dishes, there was an issue that led us to have breakfast elsewhere one morning. Overall, a stay with both positive and negative aspects.
The hotel is wonderfully situated just across the road from the railway station, making it very convenient, especially for solo female travelers arriving by train. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, although the stairs might pose a challenge for those with mobility issues. The breakfast is excellent, but service could be more informative.
The hotel was fit for a king or queen with superb bedlinen and fittings. The rooms were clean, the shower was modern, and the towels fresh and clean. However, the room was very hot, but a fan provided some relief. The Victorian property showcased no signs of wear and tear.
